NAP-62

NAP-62 is a high performance nucleator of organometallic salt base, with outstanding thermal stability, chemical inertness and dispersion. Comparing with other nucleators, its advantages include:

1) Applied in Homo PP, it improves transparency and rigidity. Demolding efficiency of polyolefin product speeds up a lot as NAP-62 increases the crystallization temperature.

2) High performance at low dosage. Dosage at 0.02% effects well.

NAP-62 is used in polypropylene as a nucleator. It improves the transparency, rigidity and increases crystallization temperature at low dosage. It shortens the molding cycle and improves the efficiency of production. Without plate-out, exudation or odor during processing, NAP-62 performs excellent extraction resistance, Especially for extrusion sheet, thin-wall injection molding product.

Usages:

Mix NAP-62 and resin, process into product through extrusion or injection molding. For better dispersion, it is recommended to make NAP-62 into master batch or NDO.

Recommended dosage is 0.02~0.15％。

Packaging and Storage:

Packed in carton, 10kg net each.

Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
