NA-98G

NA-98G is a granule form of NA-98, a sorbitol base clarifier for polypropylene developed by GCH with our proprietary processing technology. It is non-toxic, odorless product, without unacceptable smell due to decomposition or residue of clarifier.

This product is compliant with the regulations for food contact material, suitable for food packaging material and high class PP product.

Compared to powder form of clarifier, the advantage of NA-98G granule includes:

a. Higher bulk density and better flowability, figuring out the difficulty and unevenness during feeding.

b. Dust free, figuring out pipeline plugging due to static electricity.

Applications：

NA-98G obviously improves the transparency, gloss, flexural modulus and tensile strength of PP product, and improves HDT and dimension stability of final product, as well as to shorten the molding cycle time, with good production efficiency.

Usages:

Mix NA-98G with resin, then process into product through extrusion or injection molding.

Recommended dosage is 0.1~0.3%, and extruding temperature between 220~250℃.

Packaging and Storage:

a.Packed in PE bag, 15kg net each.

b.Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
